In early March our practice started dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and I quickly realized telehealth was a way we could continue to provide access to care to everyone in our community. I have been a physical therapist since 1999, and a practice owner in NYC since 2001. I opened my private practice on 9/11/2001. We survived (with modifications) and thrived through terrorism in NYC, hurricane super storm Sandy, and nor’easters and subway strikes.
