Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in West Harrison, NY acquired the physical therapy division of Spine Options Rehabilitation on September 1, 2017.
Spine Options Rehabilitation was owned by Dr. Bradley Cash, Medical Director/Physiatrist since its inception in 2004. Spine Options Rehabilitation has joined the Brain and Spine Surgeons of New York (BSSNY) as partners on January 1, 2018.

Ivy Rehab in West Harrison treats neck and back diagnoses referred by BSSNY both pre and post-operatively, as well as, referrals from Spine Options Rehabilitation and other orthopedic physicians and surgeons. Ivy Rehab in West Harrison also treats many other diagnoses, including rotator cuff injuries, meniscus repairs, ankle sports injuries; specifically, running injuries.

Gelsomina Rinaldi is a NYS licensed physical therapist. She is the Director of Rehabilitation at Ivy Rehab in West Harrison, and has been in a leadership role for the last seven years. She is a certified kinesiotape practitioner, and utilizes kinesiotape as an adjunct to treat her patients. She is also trained in the Graston technique, and utilizes her special tools to treat adhesions and scar tissue. Gelsomina also uses the cupping technique as part of her treatments to bring toxins and debris to the service, and improve blood flow. Gelsomina uses her extensive exercise background to return her patients back to function. She believes that “a body in motion stays in motion”. Gelsomina is an avid runner, and has extensive experience treating runners with various injuries. Gelsomina is a Clinical Instructor and takes on students from various Physical Therapy programs, including Columbia University. She continues to grow in her studies as a clinician.
