SFMA certified PERSONAL INTERESTS Sara enjoys traveling, yoga, and golf. She also has a new found love for cooking and has always enjoyed spending summers at her family's lake house in New Hampshire.

He is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His interests are manual therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports medicine and rehabilitation, functional exercise, sports performance enhancement, shoulder, hip, and knee injuries, injury prevention.

Keith graduated from The George Washington University with a Masters of Science Physical Therapy and also received his Bachelors in Science in Kinesiology from Manhattan College. Keith is trained to treat the spine with McKenzie method and other Australian-based manual therapy techniques, along with correcting movement patterns and muscle imbalances throughout the lower extremity to rehab orthopedic/sports injuries.Keith strongly believes that patient education and modern pain science are cornerstones of his practice. He feels that the best outcomes occur when the patient understands what is going on with their body and how to address it daily.

Her use of integrative dry needling to address optimal neuromuscular functioning and a mind body approach allow her to target the root cause of symptoms. She always strives to set patients up for success, empowers them with knowledge about their own bodies, and works together with the patient as a team to help them achieve their goals.
