Robin is one of four Vestibular Certified Therapists at Peak Performance. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. Robin works one-on-one with her patients and prioritizes the restoration of confidence in her patients who have suffered with falls. In addition to her care, Robin also holds her Vestibular Certification from Emory College and an excellence award for her treatment of Vestibular patients during her 11 years at RUSK NYU Vestibular Rehabilitation Center.
Jason Donin is multifaceted in his work as a Physical Therapist. Not only does he hold his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, he also holds a Specialized Certification for Strength and Conditioning that takes his work with injured patients to the next level. Working across several platforms including sports injury rehabilitation and general orthopedic care, Jason’s combination of tentative patient care and years of successful work as a Physical Therapist have fostered his passion and dedication to Peak Performance’s community of patients.
Mary Alice received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Quinnipiac University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science. With a background in both acute rehab and outpatient orthopedic settings, Mary Alice’s combination of experience and education facilitate a unique and highly specialized approach to patient care.
George is the Regional Leader of Peak Performance’s “Balance for Life” program for Gait, Balance, and Vestibular patients. George’s extensive knowledge, experience, and excellence in the field is apparent working with patients. George’s passion for treating patients has led him to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, a minor in Health and Wellness from SUNY Buffalo, and a Competency Certificate of Achievement from Emory University in Vestibular Rehabilitation.
Aquatic Therapy provides an exciting treatment environment, offering a remarkable range of choices for rehabilitation. Populations that can benefit from Aquatic Therapy range from the post surgery professional athlete, total joint replacement patients, those who require limited weight bearing and more. The Beneficial Effects of the Water’s Buoyancy includes; an increased range of motion and strengthening while minimizing joint stress, controls the weight that is placed on the joints, accelerates post operative rehabilitation leading to a quicker recovery, and offers a comfortable environment for those who can’t tolerate land-based exercise. Throughout his career, Don has taken care of a wide variety of orthopedic patients ranging from post surgical to geriatric to high school and college athletes. He earned his certification in the McKenzie method of mechanical diagnosis and therapy of spinal syndromes from the McKenzie Institute U.S.A. (Cert MDT). As of 2014, he earned the title of Orthopedic Certified Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association (OCS). Most recently, he became a trained Graston clinician. Currently, he is Clinical Director of Peak Performance’s Lynbrook Facility.

John Panaro has over 16 years of experience in physical therapy. He graduated Touro College in 1998 and has been paving the road to recovery since. Additionally, John possesses two Bachelor’s Degrees; one in Health Science and a second in Physical Education from Long Island University. His most recent accomplishment is the completion of the Advanced Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at Touro College. John works out of the Spine Center in our Lynbrook office.
