Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy Penny completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree with an emphasis in athletic training and a Master of Arts degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Biomechanics from San Diego State University in 2001 and 2004, respectively. Penny earned her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine in 2012 and completed a American Physical Therapy Association credentialed Sports Residency in 2014. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and a credentialed clinical instructor. She has published on topics including returning to sports after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction and fear of movement/re-injury across the spectrum of outpatient physical therapy diagnoses. Outside of the clinic, Penny enjoys traveling, concerts, and working out.

Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Jeff is a two-time graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he earned degrees in Physical Education and Community Health Education. Additionally, he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy at East Carolina University and a Master of Health Science degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Florida. Jeff also has a Ph.D. in Health Behavior from the University of Florida which was the genesis of his Healthy Lifestyle Program. Jeff has taught numerous courses and published papers on topics including the spine and several aspects of nutrition. Jeff is passionate about educating students and patients alike, as well as modeling a healthy lifestyle. In his free time, Jeff spends as much time as he can riding his bike along the Hawthorne Trail and at San Felasco State Park.
Laura earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of North Florida in 2013 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Florida in 2018. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Laura is an avid exerciser who regularly competes in CrossFit competitions and an animal lover.
