Summer Sanders received her Bachelor’s degree in General Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a focus in biological sciences, health sciences, and psychology. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Summer is certified in Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 1 and 2, and K-Vest Level 1. She is also trained in the Mulligan Concept and the Postural Restoration Institute and is certified in dry needling, SFMA, and FCE’s. Summer developed React's BE Golf program working on golf swing biomechanics to maximize power and efficiency combining PT with the KVEST 3D analysis software. Summer’s interest in physical therapy stems from years of competitive sports. She enjoys utilizing her knowledge of PT to further her yoga practice by striving for strength in balance. Her compassionate approach during treatment is based on previous work in skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care facilities, and orthopedic clinics.
Melissa Luety received bachelors degrees from the University of Colorado-Boulder in Journalism and Fine Arts and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois-Chicago, and is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. Prior to earning her DPT, Melissa spent eight years as a graphic designer and art director before changing career paths to follow her true passion. She values the hands-on treatment she can provide as a manual physical therapist and has taken coursework in the Mulligan Concept and is certified in Dry Needling and SFMA. A lifelong athlete, Melissa is an avid runner who finds balance through her yoga practice. She has a special interest in runners and return-to-sport, and enjoys helping everyone from weekend warriors to competitive athletes perform their best because she believes that staying active is the best insurance policy for a long and meaningful life.
Andrew Yoon received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwestern University and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Illinois – Chicago. Previously, Andrew has held roles as a high school math teacher through Teach for America and president of an a cappella group at Northwestern. He was also a multi-sport athlete in high school. Drawing from these leadership and social experiences, Andrew utilizes an open, patient-centered approach in which he encourages patients to set personal goals, track progress toward those goals, and remain active participants in their recovery. Andrew stays healthy and fulfilled by traveling, bouldering, lifting weights, playing basketball, and occasionally monitoring his overall meat intake. He stays unhealthy and fulfilled by indulging in bubble tea and Asian baked goods and playing his Nintendo Switch on the L. Andrew started at React during his final clinical rotation.
Garrick Lim received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Since a young age, Garrick has been involved in a number of sports including martial-arts, wrestling, cross country, football, basketball, tennis, and pole vaulting which have all helped to shape his passion for physical fitness and understanding human movement. During his free time, he enjoys working out and finding new ways to stay physically active. Garrick believes that a whole body, hands on approach is the best way to treat orthopedic and sport injuries because it allows his patients to gain a better understanding of their bodies and to take appropriate measures to ensure they remain pain/injury free. Garrick enjoys working alongside his patients and being a part of their journey of recovery towards a pain free and active lifestyle.
Rob Hodges received his bachelor’s degree in biology and minored in chemistry at Lake Forest College. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Rob values a hands-on approach and emphasizing patient participation. He believes a patient should be well educated on their injury and the rehabilitation process in order to get the most out of treatment. Rob spent his first year out of PT school under the guidance of his first mentor, where he was able to skillfully hone his manual therapeutic touch. He is also certified in dry needling. Rob believes that health and wellness are the foundation of a fulfilling life. Rob is a practicing vegan and his fitness interests include extreme calisthenics, distance running, cycling, capoeira, yoga, and primal human movement. Being no stranger to injury after a collegiate football and rugby career, Rob understands the desire to get back in the game. He is ready to get your body stronger than ever.

Our state of the art space contains sports specific exercise floors and highly-specialized physical therapy and training equipment, including an AlterG Anti-Gravity treadmill. Locker rooms and showers are also available to our clients at the West Loop location.
All of our physical therapists are trained in the Reavy Method®, a whole body approach to physical therapy developed by React Physical Therapy founder David Reavy, which incorporates manual therapy, muscle activation, and functional exercises to help patients of all ages to return to and exceed their previous levels of activity.
