Dr. Gregory R. Zaccone founded SPECTRUM in 2004 and serves as the company’s president. As of 2003 he has been a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of NJ. In June of 2008, Dr. Zaccone became one of a select group of therapists in the state of NJ to receive a Board Certification as a Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. He is an Advanced Clinician for hip and joint conditions through the Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Zaccone has in-patient experience as a staff physical therapist at a number of major hospital institutions in the New York metro area, including Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY, Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, NJ, and Englewood Medical Center in Englewood, NJ. Also, Dr. Zaccone has experience in the outpatient setting with various physical therapy clinics in NJ such as Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation and Palisades Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center. As a Certified Athletic Trainer, Gregory Zaccone has experience at the professional, collegiate, and high school levels. Dr. Zaccone served as an intern Athletic Trainer for the New York Giants Mini Camp. He also served as Head Athletic Trainer for the Fordham University Men’s Basketball Team, and was a Student Athletic Trainer for the University of Delaware Football and Women’s Lacrosse teams. Dr. Zaccone was the Head Athletic Trainer for Pascack Valley High School in Hillsdale, NJ and served as Staff Athletic Trainer for Northern Valley Regional High Schools in Demarest and Old Tappan, NJ. Dr. Gregory Zaccone received both his Doctorate and Masters of Science degrees in Physical Therapy from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. He also graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training.

Dr. Colleen Breslin has been working with athletes since 2008 when she began her college studies at Quinnipiac University. She received her license in Athletic Training from the State of NJ in 2012, and her license in Physical Therapy also from the State of NJ in 2015. At Quinnipiac University, Dr. Breslin assessed and treated Division I athletes from Quinnipiac and Yale. She worked closely with the Yale football team and Quinnipiac baseball, volleyball, and track teams. This is where she developed her skills in concussion testing and functional screenings for injury prevention. After obtaining her license in Athletic Training in the State of New Jersey, Colleen covered high school ice hockey and basketball games while working part time at Spectrum. During her studies at Dominican College Colleen completed her doctoral research on ACL injury prevention. She also had the opportunity to treat patients in a subacute rehabilitation center and various outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics. Colleen has a strong passion for individualizing her treatment approaches and providing the optimal healthcare for all patients. Her passion for Physical Therapy and Athletic Training comes from seeing her patients achieve their personal goals, gain further independence, and return to physical activity. Dr. Colleen Breslin received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Dominican College and her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training / Sports Medicine from Quinnipiac University.

Dr. Shevaun Kirschbaum is a Manual Therapy Certified Physical Therapist who has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 17 years. In 2010 she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine, where she graduated with high honors and received the Stanley Paris and Catherine Patla Award for having the highest GPA in the manual therapy courses. She continued her professional studies and went through the rigorous process of earning her Manual Therapy Certification with the University of Saint Augustine. Shevaun is currently studying physical therapy treatment of temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD). She plans to earn her Cranio-mandibular Head, Neck, and Facial Pain Certification (CFC) in 2016. Shevaun has traveled throughout the world studying different types of yoga, massage, and bodywork. In 2003 she earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Prescott College with a minor in Holistic Health and she became a yoga instructor through the Yoga Teachers Training Institute in Queens, NY in 2004. She is a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner and has practiced many styles of meditation. In addition to providing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy care, she teaches yoga classes and human anatomy for yoga instructors in training. Her physical therapy practice blends her background in yoga and bodywork with conventional orthopedics. Her unique skill set allows her to educate students and clients on leading healthy centered lifestyles. Dr. Shevaun Kirschbaum received both her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and her Manual Therapy Certification degrees from the University of Saint Augustine.
