Tom graduated from West Chester University in 2006 with his Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine and obtained his Athletic Training Certification. Also during that time he was a student athlete as he ran cross country competitively for 2 years. He continued his education at West Chester University and earned his Master's degree in Kinesiology in 2008 while also working as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University. Tom then attended Physical Therapy School at Drexel University and achieved his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. While in PT school, Tom’s second clinical affiliation was at Strive Physical Therapy at the Moorestown location. For his final project in PT school, Tom along with five of his fellow classmates contributed to a textbook chapter involving upper extremity sports injuries in the 6th edition of Rehabilitation of the Hand and Upper Extremity. Tom is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and has also obtained certifications in Graston Technique for treating muscle/tendon/ligament injuries and McKenzie-Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for treating the spine and extremities. Also, Tom has attended the Hospital for Special Surgery Hip Preservation Course which included lectures/labs on rehabilitation from a variety of operative and non-operative hip conditions including labral repairs. In the future, Tom plans to pursue his certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Tom is the Clinical Director at our New Hanover location and resides with his wife in Manalapan, NJ

Bonnie Cohen

Bonnie graduated Ohio Wesleyan University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sports science and Springfield College in 1996 with a Master of Science degree in physical therapy. She has been working in outpatient orthopedics for over 22 years and has experience in home care. She has taken many continuing education courses on evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders that span the body from neck pain to foot pain. While in college, Bonnie worked as an athletic trainer for 4 years with several sports teams, including track and soccer. She was a competitive runner throughout high school and became interested in musculoskeletal conditions when she became injured and was unable to compete. Bonnie has been doing Yoga for the past 7 years and is currently working towards her RYS to become a registered Yoga instructor. Bonnie also teaches part-time as an adjunct professor at Mercer Community College teaching Personal Health and Wellness.

Esther Frasso

Esther graduated from National University of Colombia with a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy. She continued education at Rider University and earned a Master's degree in Human Services Administration. Esther is a licensed physical therapist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with 25+ years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience. She enhances the treatment of her patients by incorporating an array of different manual techniques. Esther is married with 2 girls at home.

Connie Darrow

Connie graduated from the SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse in 1992 with a bachelors of science degree in physical therapy. Originally from Brooklyn NY, Connie practiced in several hospital outpatient facilities in NY before moving to New Jersey in 1995 where she obtained the position as senior outpatient therapist at Robert Wood Johnson. During her 9 years of practice at Robert Wood Johnson she gained extensive experience in orthopedics while having well rounded experience in adult Neurological Disorders. Connie is a MacKenzie certified Mechanical Diagnostic Therapist for treating spine and extremities. She hopes to expand her experience in treating patients with balance disorders, Parkinsons, and vestibular disorders while simultaneously pursuing continuing education courses and seminars to supplement her knowledge.

Lorane Stitcher

Lori graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical therapy in 1981. She worked in a hospital setting followed by outpatient orthopedics in a private setting in Maryland. She returned to New Jersey in 1997 and continued to work in outpatient orthopedics, including working as a partner in her own private practice. She achieved her transitional Doctor of Physical therapy degree from Boston University in 2007. Lori also worked in home care physical therapy and in an inpatient sub-acute/skilled nursing facility prior to joining Forsgate Physical therapy and now Strive Physical Therapy at the Monroe location. She has taken a large number of continuing education classes in many areas over her years as a physical therapist and continues to attend classes to learn new techniques to assist her patients. She has experience in myofascial release, headache treatment, and Bells Palsy recovery. Lori plans to pursue her certification in Mckenzie-Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for treating the spine and extremities. Lori lives in Howell, NJ. She is a member of the APTA. She is an avid horseback rider.

Linda Turner

Linda is a staff Physical Therapist Assistant at Strive Physical Therapy. She is a graduate of Maria College, located in Albany NY and has been practicing as a physical therapist assistant since May of 1985. Linda enjoys working with patients who have a variety of orthopedic issues. In addition to treating adults, Linda has over 20 years of experience treating school aged children with developmental delays. Linda grew up in a small town, 15 minutes from Saratoga, which is close to the Adirondack region in New York State. She enjoys hiking the Adirondack mountains, successfully completing 18 of the 46 peaks over 4,000 feet in elevation. Aside from hiking in the Adirondacks, Linda remains active locally through cycling, yoga and downhill skiing in the Pocono mountains when the opportunity arises. Linda is the proud mother of two grown daughters, and in July 2018 she became Grandmother to a darling baby girl.
