Gus Ntelekos

Kostantinos "Gus" Ntelekos graduated from Rutgers University/UMDNJ in 2001 where he received his Master's degree in Physical Therapy. In 2004, Gus opened PhysioCare Rehabilitation as an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic where he performed general orthopedic, neurological and neuromuscular rehabilitation. He specializes in the rehabilitation of the lower extremities, including ankle/foot, knee and hip pathologies, in addition to shoulder, neck and low back disorders. Gus has also been deemed a Certified McKenzie Practitioner from the McKenzie Institute. As a distinguished alumni, Gus assists professor Dr. Dave Kietrys of UMDNJ in his orthopedic labs and is a clinical instructor for students enrolled in the DPT program. In fact, since 2004, Gus has instructed more than 50 DPT students. He has also maintained his membership with the American Physical Therapy Association since 1999. He has been a member of the Hellenic Medical Society for 4 years providing pro-bono medical seminars to the community and members of the Greek-American society. Gus also stays current with medical advancements and the latest research in Physical Therapy by regularly attending educational seminars and maintaining his membership with the APTA orthopedic and private practice sectors.

Thomas Fisher

Tom grew up locally in Pennsauken, NJ, and attended Camden Catholic High School. He went on to graduate from Temple University with a B.S. in Kinesiology in 2015. During his time at Temple he worked as a physical therapy aide in their outpatient office where he found a passion for the field. Tom then went on to attend Alvernia University in Reading, PA for physical therapy school. While at Alvernia, he spent his final clinical rotation at Strive in Moorestown and fell in love with the culture and mission of the practice. He obtained his DPT in May 2018. Tom loves working with patients of all ages to assist in their recovery process. He enjoys collaborating with each patient to formulate an individualized plan of care to assist with the return to the activities and hobbies they value. Going forward Tom plans to enhance his clinical education by becoming certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and a Sports Certified Specialist. In his free time, Tom loves spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys playing basketball and golf and is a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan.

Michael Janas

Mike graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2018. During school he participated in multiple outpatient rotations where he was exposed to both orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Mike is interested in attaining a certification in the McKenzie method as well as becoming an orthopedic clinical specialist in the future. He has special interests in sport and concussion rehabilitation. Originally from Pennsylvania, Mike is a fan of all Philadelphia sports teams. In his free time, Mike likes to spend time with his friends and family, exercise, and go to the beach.

Ryan Campanella

Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2015 from Rutgers University with a BA in Psychology and minor in sciences with a Biology focus. In June 2018, he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Thomas Jefferson University. At Thomas Jefferson, Ryan and three other clinicians directed three pro-bono clinics in the South Philadelphia region, providing care to the underserved population. Ryan also started the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist Student Special Interest Group, maintaining evidence-based research for manual techniques for the university. He received his Certification in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) for athletes in 2018. Besides Strive, he works part-time at Lady of Lourdes in Camden as an acute care therapist. Ryan holds professional licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey; with certification in Strength and Conditioning Specialization and one course away from a Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy (MDT) certification. His future pursuit is being Orthopedic Certified Specialist and LSVT Certified, for Parkinson’s disease, within the next two years. When Ryan isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling abroad , reading and a daily workout routine.

John Walton

John grew up in Hazleton, Pennsylvania attending high school at MMI Preparatory School and went on to graduate from University of Scranton with a degree in Criminal Justice in 2014. After competing at a national level at Judo and sustaining multiple injuries, John would got on to find his true passion in life with physical therapy during his rehabilitation. He would go back to and complete his degree in Associates of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Penn State in 2018. John has been looking forward to working in an out-patient orthopedic setting since he graduated from Penn State, completing two of his clinic rotations in Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation settings during his time at Penn State. John is interested in sports injuries and furthering his knowledge of sports medicine due to his experience coaching and competing in martial arts. He plans to earn his Mulligan Manual Therapy Certification and Graston Technique for soft tissue mobilization. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and fishing.
