Stephani received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Springfield College. She has clinical experiences in a variety of outpatient settings that include specialties in sports medicine and pediatric physical therapy. She is driven to pursue educational opportunities to continue to learn and grow as a physical therapist and maintain up to date with evidence based practice for treating her patients. Stephani is motivated to provide patient centered care and work with individuals in order to help them achieve their fullest potential while building lasting relationships with her patients and within the community. Outside of the clinic, Stephani enjoys staying active with outdoor activities including playing variety of sports, skiing, and hiking as well as spending time with her family, friends, and Golden Retriever. Michelle earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Ithaca College in 2013 after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Health Science in 2011. She is an APTA certified clinical Instructor and a Graston trained provider. Michelle has worked with the outpatient orthopedic population, including pediatric, adult and geriatric patients, for her entire professional career. Michelle takes a hands-on approach to patient care, utilizing manual therapy techniques and progressive exercise to maximize her patient’s functional abilities and help them achieve their desired goals. She believes that good communication and making her patients an active participant leads to the most successful rehab outcomes. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys playing soccer, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding and spending time with family and friends.
