Sayali favorite poem by Emily Dickinson explains things the best on her passion for physical therapy. Christine Carlo

imgChristine Carlo

Christine has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings over the 25 years she has been a therapist. She initially watched the therapists help my grandmother recover from a devastating stroke when she was young. She wanted to be able to help others the same way. Memorable moment about a patient: "I worked with a little girl who was unable to walk and could not get around except to slide across the floor. We worked hard to get her arms and trunk stronger and to obtain a wheelchair for her. The day she moved from the floor into her wheelchair by herself and then propelled herself down the hall in the school to go to lunch with her friends was an amazingly gratifying day for me." Christine's mission is to help improve the life of every patient she comes into contact. She has been successfully accomplishing this mission.

Roland Latiz

Roland was one of the top young graduates that Arrow wanted to add on its team. He possess a unique understanding of how the body functions and how we can improve the movement disfunction to help decrease pain and fully rehabilitate the patient. We have seen him work miracles with our patients and we get regular testimonials from his patients. See below what he has to say about his journey into PT. "In high school, I injured my MCL playing football. I was devastated as it was my senior year of high school football. I began going to physical therapy in hopes of salvaging my season. While receiving therapy, I began to develop an appreciation for physical therapy and the bond I had with my therapist. In five short weeks, I was back on the football field to finish my senior campaign. Without PT this wouldn't have happened. I knew this is what I wanted to do. To be able to impact someones life so tremendously is fantastic"
