PHYSICAL THERAPIST BIO
Sue received her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Columbia University and Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from Northwestern University, while also competing as a scholarship athlete in Women’s Swimming. Her past clinical experience includes community and teaching hospitals, occupational medicine/ergonomic clinics, and outpatient orthopedic clinics. Her interest in the foot and ankle developed as she observed connections between her patients with knee, hip and back pain and their feet. She is interested in, and addresses in her treatments, the effect of variables including foot structure and strength, footwear, gait patterns, balance, and hip and core strength. She is passionate about finding the underlying cause of her patients’ pain/injury. In her spare time, you can find her at the gym, swimming, kayaking, biking or in the woods hiking with her dog, Odie.
