PHYSICAL THERAPIST BIO
Erin Botelho, MSPT, OCS, has worked with Performance Physical Therapy since 2016, and is a physical therapist and the clinic director at our East Providence location. Botelho received a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2005. Since that year, she’s been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s orthopedic section. In 2009, she became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She is also certified in trigger point dry needling. Botelho specializes in orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, balance disorders and pre- and post-partum care.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST BIO
Dr. Lindsey Harris, DPT joined Performance in 2015 as an exercise specialist after earning her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medical/Health Studies with a Minor in Health Psychology from MCPHS University. While work as an exercise specialist, Dr. Harris continued her education at MCPHS, earning her Doctorate Of Physical Therapy in 2019 and advancing to the position of Physical Therapist at our East Providence office. During her time at school, Dr. Harris participated in the Level Up Initiative mentorship program and completed the Practical Pain Science course through Modern Pain Care. She also had the opportunity to spend 1 week over two consecutive summers as a Camp Counselor for Victory Junction, providing camp experiences for children with severe illnesses. Through her time working in the clinic, Dr. Harris gained expertise in general physical therapy and orthopedics. She also loves working with youth athletes. Dr. Harris became a physical therapist to pursue her love for health and wellness and to really make a difference in her patients’ lives. She loves being able to help patients get back to the activities they love. Since age 3, Dr. Harris has been an avid dancer and was even a part of Danceworks Boston company through college. When she’s not dancing, she loves hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
