Stacie Stoddard

Stacie is a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant at Renue Physical Therapy - State St., and has been practicing physical therapy since 2016 upon her graduation from Delta College. Stacie started her career as an LPTA in an acute care hospital, working with a variety of patients. She later transitioned to the outpatient setting, where she treats patients with a variety of diagnoses and injuries, including general orthopedic, post-surgical hip, knee, and shoulder patients, neck and low back pain, neurological and balance impairments, and debility. Stacie resides in Birch Run with her husband and daughter, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies include camping, hunting, watching football, four wheeling, and riding her snow mobile.

Madison Roth

Madison Roth is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Renue clinic on State Street in Saginaw. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and German with a minor in Neuroscience from Hope College, then went on to achieve a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University in May 2020. Madison’s experience includes clinical rotations working with adult and pediatric patients with diagnoses of stroke, cerebral palsy, Guillain-Barre, spinal cord injury, spina bifida, traumatic brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, traumatic injury, orthopedic surgery and impairments, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, and cancer-related treatments. She has additional experience treating neurological conditions, and is a PWR! Parkinson Wellness Recovery and Moves certified therapist. Madison’s goal as a therapist is to empower her patients and inspire them to achieve their health and life goals.

Mel Svorinic

Mel Svorinic is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and managing partner at the Renue clinic on State Street in Saginaw. He graduated from the University of Kwazulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. He has been a therapist since 1993 and has been practicing in the United States since 1994, working in a variety of settings, primarily outpatient orthopedics, but also in acute care hospital settings and nursing homes. Mel specializes in manual therapy and the treatment of outpatient orthopedic conditions. He received his OMPT graduate certificate at Oakland University in 2011 and completed his doctorate (DPT) at Oakland University in 2015. He also has considerable experience treating neurological conditions, post-surgical conditions, BPPV (vertigo) and sports injuries. He is a strong advocate for an evidence-based approach in order to facilitate the best results for his patients.

Samantha Duchene

Samantha Duchene is a physical therapist assistant at Renue Physical Therapy – State St. in Saginaw. She began practicing physical therapy upon graduation from Baker College in 2019. Samantha has years of experience in the outpatient physical therapy world. She started as a physical therapy technician for an outpatient PT company in the Metro Detroit area, and worked there for close to four years. While there, she gained experience and decided to pursue a career as a PTA. In 2018 she attended Baker College of Flint, graduated in 2019 and then moved to the Bay City area in July 2020, where she joined the Renue team at State St. Samantha’s experience includes clinical rotations in an outpatient setting, working with neurological, orthopedic, pre and post surgical, sports injuries, carpal tunnel, MVA, and general strengthening to help improve the lives of her patients, both functionally and recreationally.

Alexandra Leuenberger




Alex Leuenberger is a physical therapist assistant at Renue Physical Therapy – State St. in Saginaw. She began practicing physical therapy upon graduation from Delta College in 2020. Alex initially found a love for physical therapy when helping her grandfather rehabilitate in his home, which helped her make the decision to pursue a career as a PTA. She also achieved her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate at Delta College before entering the PTA program. While finishing her schooling, Alex spent over four years working in a chiropractor’s office learning about patient care. During her clinical rotations, she spent time in outpatient settings working with patients in orthopedics, post-surgical care, sports injuries, gait training, neurological and general strengthening. She also worked short term in an inpatient setting working with patients on general strengthening, gait training, balance/coordination and neurological conditions.

Kayla Sahr

Dr. Kayla Sahr is a physical therapist with a focus on women’s and pelvic health. In her last year of schooling at Grand Valley State University, Kayla developed a passion for pelvic health physical therapy and has since then attended multiple specialty courses where she has learned and developed her skills with experts in the field, including a two month internship. Kayla is trained to treat men, women, and children and has experience with diagnoses including: bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, tailbone or low back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain, as well as any postpartum dysfunction including diastasis recti or scar tissue management. Kayla’s true passion is getting to know her patients throughout their journey of rehabilitation and assisting them to return to their desired level of function. In her free time, Kayla enjoys staying active through regular physical activity and spending time with family and friends.
