Ninia Agustin is the Clinical Director of SPEAR’S Midtown – Plaza Hotel location. Ninia earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware. During her time there, she was the fundraising chair for her class and raised money for the Foundation for Physical Therapy. She received the Chair’s Award at graduation to recognize her efforts. Before attending graduate school, Ninia received her dance training and graduated Summa Cum-Laude from the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program with a minor in Business Administration. There, she performed works by Alvin Ailey, Ronald K. Brown, Lar Lubovitch, and Bill T. Jones, among many other esteemed choreographers. She performed “Memoria” with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater at New York City Center for their 50th Anniversary Gala. She was a member of Buglisi Dance Theatre in New York City after graduating and taught Bounding Boys I, II, and III at the Ailey School. She has performed in the United States, Spain, and Mexico. Ninia has clinical experience in pediatrics, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics, specifically working with dancers. She has an interest in furthering her manual therapy skills and focusing on dance medicine. In her spare time, Ninia enjoys dancing, yoga and baking.

Bishoy Youssef, PT, DPT

Bishoy earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. His passion for physical therapy began in high school, seeing the impact it had on individuals recovering from injuries and how it helped get them back to doing the things they love. During his time at Seton Hall, Bishoy was able to work as a graduate assistant, proctoring open labs for first year doctorate students to enhance their hands-on skills. Bishoy was also inducted into the National Scholastic Honor Society for the Allied Health Professionals for academic excellence. Throughout his clinical rotations Bishoy gained experience in multiple outpatient settings, working with a wide range of patient population including orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions. He was also able to train under Orthopedic Clinical Specialists where he expanded his knowledge in manual skills as well as movement analysis; he now implements this into his daily practice. He also has experience in the sub-acute setting where he worked with a team of healthcare professionals to treat patients with cardiac conditions, neurological conditions, post-surgical orthopedic cases, as well as pre and post prosthetic training for patients with amputations. Bishoy’s goals include furthering his manual skills while becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. During his free time, Bishoy enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing basketball, going to the beach, and trying new food spots around NJ and NY.

Ryan Coye, PT, DPT




Ryan earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. During his time there, Ryan served as Co-President of his class and was inducted into the Alpha Eta National Honor Society for academic excellence among allied health professionals. Throughout his clinical experiences, he gained exposure to a wide range of patient populations including inpatient and outpatient orthopedics, acute care, ICU, pediatrics, geriatrics, sports rehabilitation, and post-operative spine, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle rehabilitation. Before attending graduate school, Ryan received his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Binghamton University. While there, he played intramural basketball, volleyball, softball, flag football, and soccer. Ryan is also a founding father of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, Mu Gamma chapter. Born and raised in Skaneateles, a small town in upstate NY, Ryan has embraced the New York City lifestyle. In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing recreational sports, spending time with friends and family, hiking, weight training, travelling, and cooking.

Jamie Bredahl, PT, DPT

Jamie earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. She gained clinical experience in multiple outpatient settings, working with patients of all ages who presented with orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular issues. She trained under several Manual Therapy Certified Specialists, who introduced her to myofascial release, cupping, Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and kinesiotaping treatments, which she now implements in her daily practice. While earning her degree, Jamie was also captain of the Division I varsity volleyball team for the Huskies. She became the first person in school history to break 1000 digs, 1000 kills, and 1000 assists! Jamie has been in and out of physical therapy herself due to her own athletic injuries, and understands the hard work and dedication it takes to get back to peak performance. Her personal comprehension, combined with her desire to help people return to a full and healthy life, has fueled her desire to become a physical therapist. Currently, she is particularly passionate about geriatric fall prevention, as well as helping all individuals realize their potential to live their best life. Jamie still loves volleyball and plays weekly here in New York City. She also enjoys traveling the world, exploring new food spots, going to concerts, skiing and hiking in Colorado.
