Nick Dragonetti received both his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Boston University. During his undergraduate education, Nick worked with a variety of athletes ranging from high school football players to Division I hockey players at Harvard University. When he was a teenager, Nick injured his back playing baseball, and undergoing Physical Therapy helped him return to competitive athletics and inspired him to pursue a career in PT. During his post-graduate studies, Nick completed clinical rotations in New York City, New Jersey and northern Massachusetts. While in New York, Nick had the opportunity to work in the Neurological ICU and step down unit at The Mount Sinai Hospital. While in New Jersey, Nick was able to work with a clinical instructor who was proficient in multiple stages of the Maitland Manual Therapy approach. At the end of his tenure at Boston University, Nick conducted a yearlong thesis project on how to lower the recurrence rate of low back pain in patients in order to lessen the burden both physically and financially in this population. Nick grew up in Freehold, New Jersey. In high school he played baseball and was captain of the football team. In college he joined the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, which he credits to broadening his cultural horizons as he made close friends with young men from all over the world. He enjoys exercising, watching movies and writing in his spare time. He is a diehard New York Mets and Jets fan. His favorite band is the Dave Matthews band and he even plays a bit of guitar himself (he admits he is average at best).

Stefanie Cuttita, PT, DPT

Stefanie Cuttita earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hunter College after earning her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Binghamton University, minoring in health and wellness studies. Stefanie is passionate about total mind and body wellness, and approaches patients as a whole person–not just an illness. She is focused on individualized care and enjoys facilitating patients in reclaiming their lives through physical movement. Stefanie has taken continuing education courses including Core First Strategies, MT-1: Basic Peripheral, and Multiple Sclerosis Management for Physical Therapists. Stefanie is also certified in Pilates mat, and plans to become certified in yoga. In her free time, Stefanie enjoys working out, running, and taking improv comedy classes.

Jane Gaffney, PT, DPT

Jane received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies with a minor in Business Administration. Throughout her education, Jane was exposed to many sectors of physical therapy. She has worked in settings focused on outpatient orthopedics, inpatient acute care and inpatient rehab with an emphasis on spinal cord injury rehabilitation. Jane has a passion for helping her patients return to their prior level of function. She places an emphasis on weaving physical therapy into the individual’s lifestyle in order to promote optimal outcomes. Through the use of exercise, stretching, manual therapy and education, Jane is focused on assisting individuals in meeting their therapy goals. Jane grew up in Skaneateles, a small town in Central New York State. Jane participated in many different sports, including lacrosse, soccer, figure skating, water skiing and snow skiing. During her time at Ithaca, Jane participated in women’s club lacrosse and enjoyed running on the many trails throughout the city.

Lea Noonan, PT, DPT

Lea earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, Massachusetts. Her clinical experiences in outpatient orthopedics, school-based pediatrics, and inpatient rehabilitation all strengthened her appreciation for the rehabilitation process across a wide range of conditions and ages. She also graduated from Providence College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Lea has treated patients with a conditions ranging from orthopedic and post-surgical issues, to neurologic/neuromuscular, cardiac, complex medical, and sports-related injuries. Her passion for physical therapy stems from years of athletic experience as a child up through her current participation in recreational sporting leagues and other outdoor activities. Lea is an advocate for holistic, individual-centered care, and has volunteered with therapeutic horseback riding programs as well as adaptive alpine skiing groups. She focuses on integrating current literature and evidence-based research into her treatment approach. In addition to playing field hockey, running, and skiing, in her spare time, Lea enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and exploring all that New York City has to offer.

Cristina Martello, PT, DPT

Cristina Martello was born and raised in Queens, NY where she led an active lifestyle participating in track & field, swimming and dance. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. Cristina’s interest in physical therapy began when she sustained orthopedic injuries during high school, and experienced neurological rehabilitation with her ill grandmother throughout childhood. This led to her interest in orthopedic therapy, sport rehabilitation, and management of complex neurological disease. Throughout college, she was a member of the cross country and track & field teams, choir, theater arts, and honors programs. Throughout her clinical experiences, Cristina has gained expertise in orthopedic rehab, sport performance and return to play, athlete form analysis, orthopedic and neurological acute care rehab, and sub-acute rehab in Italy. She also had the opportunity to provide physical therapy services to an underserved community in Guatemala. Cristina enjoys meeting and working with new people to bring her patients back to lifestyle that is pain-free, active and enjoyable. In her free time Cristina loves running, going to the beach, exploring NYC and traveling to Italy to visit her family.
