Scott Chalbert

Scott E. Chalbert is a graduate of Ursinus College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sports Science in 1997. Scott later went on to earn his Master's degree and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science in Florida where he graduated in 2002. During this time, Scott focused his clinical doctoral work on manual therapy with an emphasis on diagnosing and treating the spine and peripheral extremities. Since graduating from physical therapy school, Scott has spent most of his professional career working in the outpatient forum, where he has treated many orthopedic and sports-related conditions with from adolescent to geriatric age groups. Scott has a significant background in orthopedics treating joint replacements, ligament reconstruction and fracture care. Scott lives in Moorestown, NJ with his family and enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Emily and Olivia, as well as running and biking in his free time.

Jenifer Carapetyan

Jen graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2008. She has worked in the outpatient setting for over 5 years in both Delaware and New Jersey. Jen has achieved a Graston Technique certification and has taken extensive coursework in the McKenzie method. Her passion for the field has enabled her to balance high volume of patients with individualized exercise programs. In addition to the variety of diagnoses treated including post-concussion, pre- and post- op, workers' compensation, and wound care; she plans on taking coursework in vestibular rehab in the future. Jen loves to spend her free time with husband Tim and children, Aaron and Ava.

Megan Wylie

Megan Wylie was awarded a Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Penn State University in 2013. Megan continued her professional education after Penn State and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel University in 2016. While at Drexel, Megan completed a specialty rotation in Women's Health where she treated various types of pelvic pain, incontinence, SI joint pain, pregnancy/post-partum, and other pelvic dysfunctions. Through Megan's graduate rotations, she developed a deep interest in Women's Health and has completed advanced training to treat specific urogynecological and pelvic floor diagnoses. She plans to complete her Professional Association's approved board certification in the area of women's health in the upcoming years. In addition to Women's Health, Megan is working toward her Certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Outside of work, Megan enjoys playing tennis, running, and spending time with friends and family.

Jack Donegan

Jack Donegan was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut in 2015 while always planning to pursue Physical Therapy as a career. Jack then attended Rutgers University and was awarded a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Jack’s clinical rotation settings included Orthopedics, Outpatient Neurologic, and Acute Care. In the Outpatient Neurologic setting, Jack was exposed to patients with Parkinson’s Disease, which lead him to become certified in the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) technique. Jack plans to pursue continuing education in the areas of Sports Rehab, Manual Therapy, and certification in the McKenzie Method of Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine. In his free time, Jack enjoys exercising, going to the shore, rooting for the Eagles, and spending time with friends and family.

Laura Johnson

Laura K. Johnson grew up in South Jersey where she graduated from Shawnee High School. She earned her undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Messiah College in 2008. Her Doctorate in Physical Therapy was completed at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in conjunction with Rutgers University Camden in 2011. Her Certificate in Advance practice of Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation was earned at Drexel Univerisity in 2016, which was shortly followed, by her earning the title of Certified Hand Therapist. Laura enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic disorders, with her specialty being in the Hand and Upper Extremity. She continues to pursue further education in Hand and Upper Extremity treatment. Laura has a passion for education and enjoys teaching both current and future physical therapists about the hand and upper extremity. She has taught at Thomas Jefferson University and plans to continue to lecture for local schools. When not working in the clinic Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs. She also enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and going to the beach.
