BetterPT’s Enhanced Analytics
We are happy to launch an updated, enhanced analytics analysis tool so you can understand more about your customer’s experience.This tool was designed with you – the users – in mind, and is a powerful asset when it comes to successfully managing your business and making the right decisions for future patient support and retention.
To begin using this option, simply click on the analytics tab on your Clinic Web App.
Using this tool will allow you to see a full list of Company Overview of Data, Total Requests, Confirmed Requests and Declined Appointments in one easy to understand location.
And, using this updated analytics tool, you can view specific details on patients by clicking the “View List” option.
We will be continuing to improve these data points in the future in order to continue providing you with the best methods for better understanding your patients. In addition, these improvements will also allow you to utilize all of the available features from BetterPT.
